The episode begins with Anupama crying and worrying about Choti. She wonders where Choti could be, thinking that while she might leave home, she wouldn't leave this world. Anupama pleads for Aadhya to come back. Meanwhile, Aadhya tells her friend that she won't go home because she has no one; her parents are dead.
Anuj tells Anupama to go. Kinjal passes a call from Kavya to Mahi, who assures Kinjal that she's fine and that she misses her. Mahi expresses her longing for Kavya, wanting to sleep on her lap. After the call ends, Mahi feels sad. Meenu, noticing Mahi crying, shares that she also misses her mom but tries not to cry. She suggests that Mahi should try to cheer up and then starts dancing with the kids to lift their spirits.
Anupama contacts Yashdeep, explaining that they haven't found any news about Aadhya and asking him to help search for her. She mentions trying to call Shruti but finding her phone switched off. Anupama hopes that once they find Aadhya, everything will be okay. Bala tells Indra that he has asked a friend to sell his property in Bangalore. Indra worries about Bala's well-being, especially since his family took his house. Bala insists that he will stay at Asha Bhavan and won't compromise on his essentials. Indra, feeling helpless, jokes about selling kidney beans, to which Bala responds that if she ever wants to give something away, she should give her heart.
Anupama gets Ankush and Barkha's contact information from Yashdeep and thanks him. She questions why they lied about Anuj being fine and Aadhya being in a hotel. Meanwhile, Meenu heads to the bathroom for a bath, and Sagar climbs up to repair a pipe. Meenu sees him and screams, causing a commotion. Pakhi accuses Sagar of peeping into the bathroom to see Meenu, and despite Meenu's defense, Pakhi insists Sagar had bad intentions. Vanraj and Toshu get angry, and despite Kinjal and Dimpy's attempts to explain, they assume the worst. Vanraj beats Sagar, ignoring his pleas of innocence.
Anupama steps in, trying to calm Vanraj down and talk to Sagar. Sagar insists he was only repairing the pipe and has never had bad intentions toward anyone. Pakhi harshly accuses him, and the neighbors criticize the Shah family for their constant drama. Anupama tries to reason with everyone, stating that being a feminist doesn't mean falsely accusing men.
Vanraj insists on going to the police station to file a complaint, but Meenu speaks up, explaining that what happened was a misunderstanding. Despite this, Vanraj criticizes Asha Bhavan, calling it a place for misfits, while Anupama defends it as a refuge for those who've lost their homes. Pakhi accuses Anupama of not trusting her and siding with Sagar.
After Vanraj and Pakhi leave, Anupama scolds Sagar, asking why he got involved if he's not a plumber. She expresses her frustration, saying she can't bear more problems and views Sagar as her son now, since she feels estranged from her own sons. Sagar and others try to comfort her, and the scene ends with Anuj arriving.
